Lisa Zhang Ziqi is the Founder of Boya Academy and a longtime advocate for cultural communication, philanthropy, and women's growth. She is a champion of cultural heritage, a proponent of family education, and a dedicated philanthropist.
Guided by the philosophy of "carrying culture forward through family, embodying virtue through grace," she devotes herself to bringing traditional Chinese culture into contemporary life — weaving beauty and wisdom into everyday experience. Over the years, she has been actively engaged in cultural exchange and public welfare: as a member of Lions Clubs International (China), she has supported numerous educational charity initiatives; as a co-founding member representative of the Beijing Shandao Cultural Promotion Association, she has helped build communities around shared cultural values.
She is also a celebrated public figure — crowned Champion of the Fanghua Group at the 23rd MRS. GLOBE Beijing Finals, and later invited as a judge and featured honoree in subsequent editions of the competition, embodying the elegance, confidence, and cultural depth of the modern woman.
It is this lifelong devotion to culture, beauty, and social good that led her to found this company — building a bridge through professional content and curation, so that rich cultural traditions can be seen, understood, and loved in today's world.
张子淇 Lisa，博雅书院主理人，长期深耕文化传播、公益事业与女性成长领域，是一位文化理念的倡导者、家庭教育的推动者，也是一位身体力行的公益人。
她秉持"文脉传家，仪以载道"的理念，致力于让传统文化以当代的方式延续，让美与智慧融入日常生活。多年来，她活跃于文化交流、公益助学与社会公共活动之中：作为中国狮子联会会员，长期参与爱心助学等公益项目；作为北京善道文化促进会联合创会单位代表，推动文化共建与社群交流。
她也是一位在公共舞台上闪耀的女性——曾荣获第23届 MRS.GLOBE 环球夫人大赛北京总决赛芳华组冠军，并多次受邀担任后续赛事评委及推荐入书代表，以优雅、自信与文化底蕴展现新时代女性的风范。
